On behalf of a private client we investigated the possibility of building as many apartments on one single lot as possible in Antwerp, Belgium. Due to restrictions and building codes regarding the building height, width and depth of the building block, the design was optimalized and houses were minimalized. However the investigation for this potential new apartmentsbuilding resulted in a maximum of 18 apartments on this particular lot which was not enough to make it financially interesting for our client.
