In a prize competition for a social housing project in Kalmthout, we designed modern looking houses. For this social housing project in Belgium, we designed an urban area that has 3 types of social houses. Although the types have quite different floor plans, the facades and the overall expression of the houses are in harmony. Every type has it’s own characteristics. The form of the houses are quite simple but strong and powerful.
